Paulie is a handsome Schnauzer mix who's about 7 years old and weighs 17 pounds.  He was a matted mess when he came in to the shelter so he had to be shaved down, but his soft beautiful coat will grow back in no time.  This sturdy but is incredibly loving and devoted and very connected to his person.  He loves to cuddle.  Paulie is an avid walker and strong on the leash.  He's friendly with strangers and fine with other dogs he comes across on a walk.  Paulie would be best as an only dog in the home as he likes being "top dog."  Paulie is good with kids and will make a wonderful companion.
