Penny is a beautiful little Bichon who's about 3 years old and weighs about 14 pounds.  She's a perfect example of why older people should not get puppies.  Penny was purchased by an elderly woman who after a year and a half could no longer take care of her.  Her vet graciously took her in however, due to a change in family circumstances could no longer keep her.  Penny is loving, extremely affectionate and mellow.  She loves attention and companionship and gives sweet doggie kisses.  She will make a wonderful addition to any family.   Penny would be best in a quiet household with someone who was around alot.
