Phillipe is a darling little Teri-Poo who's about 3 years old and weighs about 10 pounds.  He was a horrible matted mess so the shelter shaved him down, but his hair is going to grow back beautifully.  Phillipe is a cheerful, affectionate boy who is gregarious and curcious.  He loves going for brisk walks and enjoys romping around with his other four-legged friends.  Phillipe is a passive guy who gets along great with all dogs and strangers and is very gentle and mellow with kids.  His sweet demeanor captures the hearts of everyone he meets.
