Shih Tzu : : Female
Penelope is an adorable little shih tzu who's about 7 years old and was dumped by her owner at the Palmdale shelter :( Poor Penelope had a mouth full of rotten teeth and needed to be spayed but we had all that done and she's recovering nicely and her mouth feels so much better!!! She's a bit on the shy side right now as she's been through a lot and doesn't understand why she lost her home. The owners did say she was good with small kids. Penelope is a quiet little girl who loves to lay on a lap and I'm sure she'll enjoy leisurely walks when she's recovered. This sweet girl will make a wonderful companion.
