Pi, a.k.a., “Mr. Socks” is an adorable 8 pound one and half year old non-shedding terrier mix. Little Pi was found wandering the streets of Lancaster terrified and emaciated. As soon as he got to our foster’s home, his ridiculously charming and funny personality started to bloom. Pi loves to give light little kisses and gently rest his head on your chest while he tries to hold your hand with his paw. Another one of his most favorite things to do is play with socks!!! To him socks are like finding gold. He doesn’t tear them apart or chew them. He just loves to collect them, walk around with them in his mouth and try to hide them on the couch. He is fine if you want them back and take them from him. However, he does not like to share his sock collection with other canines and can get very possessive of them. Pi is completely potty trained and knows how to use a doggy door. We really think Pi would be best as the only dog. He can be a little bossy to other dogs and reactive on walks. Therefore, Pi would need to go to a home which has a backyard. Pi is a little shy around new people and will bark at them when they come into his home. However, as soon as someone quietly says hello and offers him a treat he is the person’s new best friend. Pi would be a great companion for someone who leads a quiet life, wants a cuddle buddy and be entertained by his enthusiasm for the wonderful world of socks!!!!!
