I'd love to be your buddy!

What a handsome, happy little shih-tzu Genghis is! He’s about 2-3 years old and weighs about 8 pounds. He’s from a high kill shelter in San Bernardino and when he came in they were going to euthanize him because he was covered in stickers from head to toe. Fortunately one of the volunteers begged for a reprieve to network him to the rescue community. Genghis gets along with other dogs but has an alpha personality and does best with passive dogs or females. He’s extremely loveable and cuddly and would make an awesome devoted companion. He’s great on the leash and a quiet guy who doesn’t mind hanging out on his own for reasonable periods of time. Genghis is a well-socialized dog and friendly and out-going in social situations.
